An invitation to step out of your thoughts and into your body through the passage of sound.
The layered tones and vibrations of a sound bath offer the mind something to follow, while inviting the body into a slower, more receptive state. As the nervous system settles, we may naturally move toward the slower brainwave patterns associated with meditation, deep rest, and inward awareness.
Here, there is nothing to figure out or accomplish. Just sound, vibration, breath, and the quiet invitation to receive.

Kindra has been practicing and playing music for more than two decades. She understands music as a sacred gift—something deeply personal and vulnerable to share because it comes from within.
Her approach to sound is intuitive and deeply present. Rather than following a prescribed sequence, Kindra listens and allows the experience to unfold in response to the people in the room. No two sound baths are the same.
Her instruments carry stories of their own. Her turtle drum was made for her by a friend in Vermont. Her harmonium found its way to her while she was living in Hawai‘i. And her singing bowls came into her life after she experienced some of her first sound baths.
Together, these instruments become more than tools. They are part of the language through which Kindra listens, responds, and guides you inward.
